Strategic Planning Meeting II

Following the success of our September strategic planning meeting, KENGROW Foundation held a second high-level strategic planning session in December 2024. This meeting served as a critical follow-up to evaluate progress, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with our long-term goals.

Building on insights from the first session, the December meeting focused on fine-tuning our approach to key projects, solidifying partnerships, and addressing emerging challenges. Key outcomes included the development of an actionable roadmap for 2025 and the introduction of new initiatives to enhance the reach and impact of our programs.
